During new merch drops, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

- United States: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

## Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

## Delays
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, holidays, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout.

## Lost or Stolen Packages
GTB Podcast Merch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us if you need additional support.

## Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
